"I really enjoyed staying here - the room was fabulous and very comfy. It was large by Tokyo standards. I ate upstairs at the in-house restaurant, solo. Unfortunately my table was in the middle of the area, while all the groups and couples were seated by the windows. My table did stand out a little and was in the middle of the area where there were no other people seated. If I was seated by a window, or was dining with someone, then the experience would have been a little easier. "

"Although the rooms are small, they have all the amenities of a five-star hotel, including plenty of toiletries. The roof top bar was amazing and prices were reasonable too. Staff members were very kind and supportive. I would most certainly return. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location, close to public transportation. The room was clean and quite. Everyday we received fresh towels and water bottles. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also loved or view! If we ever return to Tokyo we will definitely stay here."

"Third time staying at this hotel and it was great as always! Staff is overall friendly, helpful, and professional. Room was tidy and presentable. Location is next to subway station and near restaurants and convenience stores. Short walk to main Shinjuku hub as well! Staff was also helpful enough to book a taxi to Haneda airport for me. Only recommendation I’d have for the hotel compared to others is it would be nice to have a complimentary water included in the hotel room. But overall, another...

"stuck at Narita for a day, stayed there and explored the Narita area, room is very large, was able to get a free upgrade too... shuttle bus is a must, to the mall and JR Narita station area to explore."
