"It was a cute little hotel! The room was clean and we had plenty of space. The wifi was a little iffy at times, but overall it worked fairly well. Breakfast in the morning was a nice addition. The man who ran the hotel had spots set up for each of the guests when we came downstairs for breakfast. There was also a heated room downstairs o store skis/snowboards and boots to make sure they were dry by the next morning (and they didn't have to clutter up the room). "The location was great. Near the train station. My 3 brothers and I stayed there. We were our touring Vienna all day long and got back at midnight. The walk from the underground station was a little long, but doable. Bonus points for having a long comfortable couch for my 6’6” brother to sleep on. That was a nice surprise."

"The room was listed as having a king and a queen bed, but there was only one bed. The property blamed hotels.com for having the wrong information in the list. They took care of this by giving us an additional room. However, a full month after my stay I was charged a second time for some unknown reason and the hotel does not answer their phone, return calls, nor reply to emails to resolve the issue."
