"This a tour bus / volume hotel. Location to Kanazawa and Onsen on property were the two highlights. We asked for larger room and willing to top up but what was offered was an amount close to what we were paying. Asked for a room away from the train tracks only to be given a room as with a full view / sound experience "

"We were able to check on early which was great! Bathrooms need to be upgraded. Nice buffet breakfast but more options would be nice. Literally right outside of Kanazawa Station so very convenient!"

"As close to the main train station and bus station as you can get! So it’s amazing to be able to walk there from the Shinkansen with our bags and go right to the hotel! The public baths and restaurant are also amazing. Great choice. Only thing is the rooms themselves are TINY! But for 1 night, doable. "
