"The staff were friendly and service was prompt. The setbacks were the rate charged which did not correspond to the facilities. I booked a family room and it was not what I expected. Cramped, toilet was dirty, no toiletries provided except for a miserable small bottle of shampoo and body wash. No laundry bags, carpet was slightly damp and smelled musty. "A decent hotel. Rooms and bathroom were generous size however safe was non functional and couldn’t be fixed. although they offered to leave one on the floor for us this was not satisfactory. Grout in shower requires bleach but otherwise clean. One towel and one doona cover had a rip/hole so some upgrading is required. Overall quite adequate and centrally located and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. "
