"From our welcome at check-in through to our final day, our 12 day stay at Cittadines Connect Georgetown was a pleasure. The spacious foyer with plenty of seating options and coffee on hand, set the tone for our very comfortable King room. Buffet breakfasts were enjoyable with plenty of options. All staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel ppl were very thoughtful. They called to provide the late check in procedures for my late arrival time. The room was clean. The only drawback was that it was a loft and might not be suitable for old ppl."

"Sound proofing of room not very good, can hear sound of firecrackers and traffics at night during week of Deepavali. Room is clean and spacious, there is also water dispenser on every floor. Lots of dinning and grocery options available nearby."

"Great place to stay! Steps away from the beach. Loved the pool with kids pool being a bonus. Having a wide selection of TV channels was great. Watched some Olympics. Plenty of dining options available with the night market being our favorite choice. The bus stop to Georgetown and other attractions right in front. Would recommend!"

"the places' location is great, the view from our 2-room apartment to the sea is stunning. While I kind of liked the setup of the Apartment some proper and professional renovation would do a lot of good, and overall cleaning would help. The major problem was that there were plenty of creepy crawlers and my daughter got bitten or whatever on the arm that we had to see a specialist at a hospital. We got informed this been a so-called "Charly Ant" and now, 10 Days after our daughter still has...

"This is a large popular hotel with beach access and good facilities. It is popular with families and at some times of the day feels a little “package” holiday with lots of noise from pool areas and very busy breakfast areas BUT it is possible to escape the crowd and find a space to relax. "Had a great stay in penang, the gotel staf at all level was fantastic. Very nice and friendly and also very helpful. Richel and Ahmaf at the front desk were especially great in helping with anything needed. "Staff very friendly got a complimentary room upgrade as we were celebrating daughters birthday and wedding anniversary. Our room main bedroom the blind in shower very dirty looked mouldy I used a towel to clean and saw that it was easy to clear housekeeping definitely dropped the ball with that. Ordered drinks at the pool. It took forever to get the drinks we were only two families at pool so not sure why it took them so long to deliver drinks"
