"This place has horrible maintenance, the air condition seems to be a waterfall after only turning them on for half an hour, there is no lock available for the glass door, just literally anyone that comes from the balcony from the other side could go into the apartment, while sleeping or while you are out, I get it will not be an issue if it’s higher up but this property is on the 4th floor, literally everything is broken, the sofa, tiles, switch panel, there is water marks and mold with yellow...

"When we arrived we realised i hadn't contacted the hotel the day before to get check in info - this was under check in knfo on the booking and i hadn't looked... We found a cafe with and contacted the owner who was really helpful and gave us the codes we needed for the door and instructions how to get there. We were in block E which we found really hard to find! Even once we found the room it was hard to find when we came back to it that evening. We didnt have access to mobile data which didn't...

"The property is so dirty the floor is filled with hairs and dust especially under the sofa and bed area. There also lack of hooks for clothes and towels to hang. Pillows are hard and limited. Swimming pool area has no toilet facility. Won’t recommend this to anyone."

"The peoperty itself was nice. The rooftop pool was a big hit as well. Sadly the checkin process was difficult as they didnt communicate via expedia and didnt send my check in details until after we arrived and attempted to contact them. The parking took hours to sort out as their passes didnt work and nobody came to help sort that. Also the internet didnt work for 2 of the 3 days we stayed there, so not ideal. Would have been great without the speed bumps."

"The Apartment was fine, It was not clean but ok. We were instructed to pick-up the key and that went well, but in the apartment it was stated that we should have had 2, i Kontaktet the kontaktperson that we only had one and got no respons. The worst thing was on the night before your departure where at 11.45 pm 6 men came in in the apartment because they also had a key and a reservation. This is under no circumstances acceptable."

"Beautiful beach and swimming pools. Location is a little remote, excellent for getting away from the city, but a bit too far for going into Kota Kinabalu regularly. Service was good. Prices were decent. The resort needs a bit of updating - the showerhead was leaking, and cleaning the bird poo from the beach bar tables and chairs."

"What a DEAL!! An incredibly nice, clean, centrally located modern hotel at such a low price - and that price included an all-you-can-eat Chinese breakfast buffet each morning. On-site gym and outdoor pool, on-site convenience store, on-site restaurant, shuttle service to the 3 major shopping malls, on-site laundry service, and a huge, well-furnished, well-kept hotel room with all the modern-day amenities I needed. I HIGHLY recommend the Ming Garden Hotel is/when you're visiting Kota Kinabalu."
