"Hotel located up in the mountains. You will definitely need a car to get to this location. Be sure to check booking whether the room has a bathroom or not. They have the communal bathroom with hot baths which is located on the ground floor. They charge per person so you may as well book a second room which would cost as much. Breakfast provided is good. Very friendly staff. Lots of things to do like golf, badminton, table tennis etc at extra cost. Must book for ea h activity."

"Stayed for a couple of weeks whilst visiting friends and family in the area. Exterior of the hotel is impressive and the free parking is a good bonus. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from Shin-Iizuka station and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. "Everything is perfect. The location of the hotel is also very close to the station and there is a convenience store nearby. The bus stop is also close, so it's good to go to Karato Market or Akama Shrine. Yume Tower can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. There is a hot spring inside the hotel, so you can enjoy the hot spring freely. Free ramen is served in the evening and many other services are provided for free. It is easy to get to Kokura by subway, and I think it is the best hotel to travel throughout Kitakyushu. I highly recommend this hotel."

"I would give 6 stars if I could. The hotel room and lobby areas are spotless. Staff are also very helpful and attentive. Free breakfast was tasty and wonderful. You get to store your luggage for free for the day of check in and check out so you could go sightsee carefree. Amenities include PJs, coffee, tea, toiletries, etc. Overall very very satisfied with our stay. We also got a water view room so that was a bonus. "

"Very convenient hotel at Mojiko.. hotel is old but well maintain. Parking area was not indoor. The day check out was raining a little bit inconvenient. However the man helping parking outside the hotel was very good, every time we park in he ran to us and showed us where to park, the weather was cold with strong wind, appreciate his hard work! "

"The staff is friendly and helpful. They have luggage transfer service, taqbin, to my next hotel (with a charge). When requested, they helped me to ask the other hotel if they can receive my luggage ahead of my check in. Their check in/out is also very foreigner friendly. You use a machine which can display in japanese english, chinese and korean to check in/out (with the staff help)"
