"When I checked in the lobby was noisy and the music was loud making it hard to hear the check-in clerk. When I entered the room there was a very strong chemical odor. I also noticed there was no shower curtain or rod in the bathroom, the door to the room would not self close/lock, and the thermostat was not working. After attempting to correct the issues and 4-5 discussions with the staff, they assigned us to another room. That room was very nice. I also checked in at check-in time on Thursday...

"Nice unit, the water in the shower just keeps turning and very hard to turn off, the blinds in the bedroom are broken and anyone can see in, the bed is very uncomfortable along with the pillows, location is supurb and price is good, which reflects these items"

"The apartment was so cute, modern and exactly as the photos showed. It’s within walking distance of a nice plaza with a surf shop and several bar/ restaurant. Close to the beach. Truly enjoyed my stay. "

"Really beautiful spot, clean rooms, well-maintained property and very friendly and helpful staff. On site restaurant could be better with food and drink quality but that is to be expected with hotel restaurants these days. Random but really appreciated how hefty the doors to the rooms and the terraces were! Almost sound proof. "

"The property was ok; Value for your money. Very quiet, for the exception of one night to be exact November 14th, 2024 at 3am in the early morning hours when the fire alarm went off three times. Also the grounds could use some care!! Apart from that my husband and I will stay again. "
