Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late summer. We’ve stayed here multiple times and tried a couple of different cabins. My only complaint will be the showers. They’re small. The water press is fantastic but awkward in such a small shower - especially for short people. But despite that, we’ll continue to stay because the cabins are always clean and the location is walking distance to the shops and brewery. You’ll enjoy your stay!

Why go to Mammoth when you can enjoy June Lake. This property is awesome. Great value of course. There’s lots of thought about each unit. Thoughfulness with all of the most important imenities. Cooking wear, heating, serving tray, Myers soap products to keep you safe and clean! Direct access to June Lake. Clean! ! Parking great.

Nice little room near the lake. A short walk up the hill to all the shops. Lots of good fishing tips from Ernie’s. Our only complaint was the shower head was not adjustable. So it would only point in one direction.

We had a wonderful stay at the lake cabins. The cabin we stayed in was super clean and comfortable. The big fan in the living room was super dusty but it was ok because we didn’t need to use it. The cabins are so close to the marina and the village. Everything was walkable. Great location!
