"If you want seclusion with breathtaking views this is the place for you. The nature around the room is heavenly and the frogs will sing you to sleep each night. The pool area is gorgeous and the pool was so refreshing. This is the perfect location to unplug. We did have cell service available using Spectrum Mobile. You definitely will want a car to stay at this location. I also recommend bringing snacks and drinks because there are no stores close by. There is a small refrigerator with a very small freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker in the small kitchen. Dishes and glasses as well as dish soap and a sponge are available for use. The bathroom and shower are spacious. You have the option of fresh air or air conditioning. There will be rain showers on and off due to the climate, so have rain gear and water shoes if you plan to hike in the area. There is an indoor table and chairs as well as outdoor eating areas around the pool. Our host Joaquin gave us numerous suggestions for hikes, beaches and restaurants in the area. He also taught us a great deal about the plants and wildlife in the area. This place is a true gem and Joaquin truly made the experience amazing. His dog Pepe was a delight and very friendly too. We hope to return in the future to this jungle paradise. This was the highlight of our stay in Puerto Rico. Thank you Joaquin and Pepe for your excellent hospitality!"
