Upon check in the receptionist charged my card again, even though I pre-paid through hotels.com I had booked an all female dorm but was placed in a mixed dorm. "I paid in full my reservation at the time of booking. When I got there the place had been shut down by the government, months earlier, as the neighbors let me know. Therefore, I obviously didn't receive the service I paid for. I had to find a last minute accommodation elsewhere. And, on top of that, Expedia tells me the manager refuses to reimburse my money. Unbelievable!"

"No one when I arrived at the hostel it’s was 10 pm I tried to contact the owner he answer 45 min later and tell he was very sorry because it was Ramadan and that I couldn’t come. So I have to drive by night 3 hours to find a new place. So I haven’t spend my night I hope I won’t be charge for that!!! It’s a shame "
