"We loved the stay. It is a hanok, which means we slept on a futon, but I would not want it any different. The staff let us check in early and stored our luggage until it was time to leave. We received a letter translated to English on our arrival as they did not speak a lot of English. Their understanding of English was better than my understanding of Korean. Prior to our arrival, they also sent us detailed instructions for us to give the taxi driver. I hope to go back some day."

"Excellent spot situated in the middle of Jeonju Hanok Village. Great breakfast with plenty of fruit, rice cakes, and coffee provided by the lovely couple that owns the place. You also get discounts and benefits from a Hanbok rental shop that they recommend going to. The beds are traditional futons, so might not be ideal for some people. Check in is until around 6 or 7pm, but let them know if you need to check in later in the day. They will leave a note on the door to your room. The floor...

"I enjoyed my stay at Becky Guesthouse. I love the art gallery & café on the ground floor, a lovely space to rest. The welcome tea is a nice touch. The location is perfect to visit Jeonju’s main attractions just a few minutes walk away. Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, etc, near by. The room had everything I needed. Quiet location, just some guests slamming doors… Bus links to Jeonju’s train station just down the road which was handy. Thank you for a lovely stay in Jeonju :) "

"Very helpful staff, have Whatsapp to communicate. Be prepared for a rustic hanok, but it's a good experience. AC and bathroom were modern and helpful. It is right in the heart of the tourist village and sightseeing area."

"The area’s really great - Jeonju Hanok Village is a big tourist attraction and well worth it. This place on the other hand not so much. Customer service was outrageously rude and inconsiderate. The man we talked to on the phone when checking in had a nasty tone and was extremely disrespectful. The rooms also don’t have much privacy so keep that in mind if you’re looking to book."

"Clean and kind service, however, shower was not convenient because the toilet was a wet style. No partition between the shower and toilet. I feel that the bedding covers were not cleaned and someone used before I use. I expected an white cover on the bedding but no cover on it."

"Location is just outside hanok village which is good as not so noisy. But the room walls are very thin, I could hear neighbor conversation throughout the night. Very difficult to control shower head water. Is either too hot or too cold. Stayed for 2 nights but no make up room service. 1st day, Had to wait at front of hanok as no one at counter to help check in & could not dial the number provided at the signboard. Had to ask for help from a coffee place beside the hanok to call the boss. "

"We shouldn't be expecting big rooms and big beds since it's a homestay experience. I would say this is the place everyone should stay when visiting Jeonju. It's a really good experience of a Hanok. Very beautiful mini garden. Simple breakfast with excellent coffee. Floor heating keeps the room warm during winter. Very good service provided by owner. "Loved: location! Easy to get to all the fun! Clean. Property manager was kind and eager to communicate and even asked our arrival time to make sure the a/c was on and chilling our room. A/c worked great on the hottest days! Area is quiet and safe. Dislike: parking availability Things to know: towels are small for the shower. Bring shower shoes. "

"Staff was friendly and we didn't have any communication issues from check in to check out. The location was a good spot to walk to nearby tourists attractions. Restaurants and eating places were nearby too. It was easy to take buses to other places as bus stops were just nearby. Highly recommended to stay there. "

"Visited with parents during Christmas break. An absolute gem — we loved every small detail in the rooms and play areas, since it was really well decorated with Korean traditional hints everywhere. Also loved the breakfast options they provided us, the food was so good!!! I really want to visit again. Thank you staff for providing such a welcoming experience."
