"It has a great view but elevator system is a bit complicated. When clients in the hotel lobby at 36th floor want to go up to 65 cafe, they have to go down 1st floor and change the elevator and go up to 65 Cafe"

"The property accommodated our requests for late check out and extra blankets. Not much was in the room for kitchen equipment as we had to request for a few items. The property checked on us every day as to our wellbeing. They are very friendly. Overall, the view and comfort was great for us."
