"This is a 5-star property. Through no fault of the property, we had a disappointing experience. In our travels through Florida, this was the one stop where we were to golf. It's the sole reason we booked the property. We were there 2 nights and one full day and it rained most of the time. Driving range, practice greens, and course was closed. No shopping or restaurants within walking distance, so it wasn't the most convenient place to stay if not golfing. What service they could provide...

"The hotel is pretty nice in itself, however we had someone's fake eyelash on her bathroom vanity when we checked in. I thought it was funny until my husband said that means they didn't even wipe down the counter because if they did that eyelash wouldn't be there. Also there's not a lot of places to eat around there for a decent meal that's not fast food. We ended up eating at a restaurant in the hotel. We were told it was going to be a 25-minute wait, it ended up being an hour. We ordered drinks...
