"Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion."

"The staff at this hotel are all amazing. The restaurants and shops on the property and good and convenient. The room I had was quite decent - fairly comfortable, fairly modern. The big issue was that if you have a nice (more expensive) river view, you also get the sounds of the river and surrounding nightlife. That's not such an issue. Except that for some reason people amplify music right out front of the building well past midnight. Even if you're on one of the highest floors, it will still...

"Everything was great. It was clean, service was wonderful. My only dislike was that we had a reservation for a king bed suite but we got a handicap room and we are not disabled. Because of this we couldn’t take a bath in the room because they had it shower only. Not sure why we got that type of room. Other than that it was great!"
