"Disappointed because no concierge on site, we had 2 lights in the bathroom that were out and promised maintenance would be there but no show in 3 days. tv in living room needs to be replaced cause it is blurry. Otherwise we had a good time. "

"Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion."

"This property is perfect for anyone needing to visit the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. It is convinient and has a shuttle every 15 minutes to every spot in the Mayo Campus. All the employees were helpful and availble. We enjoyed our stay there."
