"Property is on a small slop, 7 mins walk from jr Sannomiya station, can be difficult to find. Super near DON DONKY big store. Bf is excellent, with some days much better than others. Onsen is accepptable, but can be over whelming... too many people. Having a twin bed is rather spacious in Japan standard. Staff is efficient throughout, both recep n chamber. Would highly recomend. However, its location is far from shinkansen, shin kobe, shin osaka, ..and need to spend extra time getting to....

"We loved staying at this property! We had our luggage shipped to the hotel, and after the easy check in process, I turned around and our luggage had magically appeared behind us. The room was clean and had a fantastic view! Washer/dryer unit made traveling light easier. Included breakfast had a lot of options, though it could get busy. Welcome drinks every day were my kids’ favorite! Close to Shin-Osaka station, easy walk."
