"Friendly staff, beautiful views of tower bridge. Very close to the tower hill station. 5 min walk to Tower of London. Great Starbucks located inside the hotel. Check-in and check-out very simple. Breakfast buffet was good, it can get very busy but food is always hot. I would stay again."

"Great hotel, perfect location, beds extremely comfortable. Yes there is no other furniture in the room, yes there are no windows and yes there is only a bit of glass between you and the bathroom, but what more do you need than a comfortable bed and a hot strong shower."
