"The property is in like new condition with a great view. It has lots of room, great kitchen and dining room,deck with table and chairs and a comfy bedroom. Bathroom has a tub , shower and a washing machine. A vehicle is a must and the road is a bit rougher going up to the property but well worth it. Highly recommend this place and Nicos as a host."

Kapi was away but his father Yiannis was extremely helpful, including meetings us in Sitia at 01:15 in the morning to lead us to the accommodation. It is around 15 years since we've been in Palekastro and Kouremenos. It has changed very little in that time - quiet Cretan charm."

"We enjoy rambling around ruins & beaches & tavernas -then returning to a comfortable abode. Hiona Holiday Hotel met this prefrence. A clean, uncomplicated small hotel with friendly staff/owners. Our room was one of the smaller ones but still large enough to relax in as well as the balcony. There are larger rooms and larger balcony options. Well maintained pool area and breakfast room. "La struttura era esattamente davanti alla spiaggia. L'appartamento era piccolo ma dotato di tutto quello che serviva. Il bagno un po' piccolo, ma pulizia tutti i giorni, e comunque uscire dalla porta e avere la spiaggia proprio lì davanti, non ha prezzo!!!"
