Bel soggiorno.

Hotel posto in zona centrale e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione degli autobus. Stanza semplice, pulita e con tutto il necessario per un gradevole soggiorno. Il personale della reception Ăš stato gentilissimo. Wi-Fi funzionante. Dalla stanza una splendida vista sul mare, sul porto e sulla cittĂ . Colazione buona.

Sehr freundliches Personal, aber heruntergekommen

Das Hotel macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich, zuvorkommend und offen. Der Eingangsbereich wirkt ansprechend, ebenso die Lobby bzw. der FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbereich. Betritt man aber die Zimmer, befindet man sich in einer anderen Welt... Derart heruntergekommene Möbel, angestoßen und in einer undefinierbaren Farbe gestrichen... Die BadezimmertĂŒr innen teilweise weggefault aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit... Das Bad so eng, dass man es nur betreten kann indem man in die Dusche steigt... Beim Duschen setzt man unweigerlich das komplette Bad uner Wasser - das ist fĂŒr Griechenland nicht unĂŒblich und in Ordnung, allerdings lĂ€uft hier das Wasser kaum ab. Die LichtverhĂ€ltnisse sind katastrophal, es hĂ€ngen ĂŒberall nur Funzeln. Es gab genau ein Handtuch pro Person, kein kleineres fĂŒr die Haare, geschweige denn einen Badezimmerteppich. Das Unangenehmste aber war der Teppichboden, knĂŒselig, angestĂŒckelt, uralt und unter dem Bett schmutzig. Positiv: ein sauber bezogenes Bett, allerdings eine fleckige Tagesdecke. Ein weiteter Pluspunkt war der kleine Balkon, dabei wĂ€ren ein kleines Tischchen und vielleicht 5 WĂ€scheklammern auf der vorhandenen WĂ€scheleine von Vorteil gewesen. Alles in allem ist das Hotel ein Ort, von dem ich definitiv sehr enttĂ€uscht bin, wobei ich ausdrĂŒcklich das tolle Personal ausnehmen möchte. Die können definitiv nichts fĂŒr den schlechten, teilweise unzumutbaren Zustand des Hotels. Dies geht an den Hotelinhaber!

Ok for 1 night

This was 1 of the cheapest places I could find in Sitia so of course I knew not to expect much. Location is central, easy walk to/from the bus station, harbor and town. 1 big downside is no wifi in the room. I was also missing a bin - There's a fridge in the room so surely it's expected that people will be bring food/drink into the room and need somewhere to place that trash. Krystal is fine for 1 night but I wouldn't have wanted to stay longer.

Room was dark! Room, decor & hotel dated! Unsavoury view! Poor balcony / dilapidated condition! Worn stained carpet throughout hotel! Musty smelling lift! On the other hand, great location and the free continental breakfast was a bonus. Friendly reception staff.

Stadthotel mit Flair aber nachts etwas laut

Schöner Altbau mit Flair. wurde renoviert Lage mitten in der Stadt wÀre wirklich wunderschön wenn der LÀrm der zwar wenigen aber, meist laut bergauffahrenden MotorrÀder nacht nicht wÀre. Service sehr freundlich.

Weekend Stay in Siteia

We stayed from Friday to Sunday. For the price, the hotel was good with friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately the hotel was situated on a busy road and was a little noisy at night. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely do it again.

great price for just a stay

This hotel was very conveinent for us. We got there a little late due to no directions printed out. It is down the center over by the restraunts. Best way to get there is drive to the waterfountain. Turn left, once you reach the harbor, and go straight to the next round about. When you get there, turn left again and it's two blocks up. We missed it twice due to the rain and my navigator sleeping. Once we parked to check in, they said to stop by the front and honk the horn. Once I did that, they came out and made a parking spot for us. Very nice. Gave great ideas for restruants. Room was small, bathroom even smaller and the heater didn't heat the room very well. No closure for the tub so water was everywhere when you take a shower. Had to pay 15 euro for the lamp that we broke, but the hotel staff was nice about it and didn't give us any trouble. The room we stayed in we could hear kids moving around and playing and an old lady yelling a lot. But after a while, we were able to zone them out and have our alone time...

Hotel Krystal -Sitea

The Hotel is centrally situated in a fairly quiet street, handy to shops and restaurants. Hotel staff are helpful, speak good english and arranged a taxi to take us to the airport in the morning. Our room was basicly decorated but tasteful furnishings had been used. The bathroom worked to a satisfactory level. A nice feature of our room was the view of the harbour from private terrace where one could enjoy a snack and drink at a table provided. I can recommend this hotel for an ecconomical and comfortable stay in Sitea a town with few tourists and a lovely waterfront.

Good location, friendly staff

We stayed one night at Krystal in July 2011. Hotel staff was friendly, told us a good beach tip (Itanos about 1 km from too busy Vai beach). Room was good, but small. We had great view from the balgony on the 4th floor room. Street parking in the front of the hotel was full, so we had to park on the general parking place quite far from the hotel. Breakfast was typical greek: only white bread, cheese and jelly. There were many restaurants in the short walking distance.
