"This hotel appears to be situated up on the hill overlooking City Garda and south side of the lake. We had a room with swim up swimming pool which appeared to be with the smallest angle access to the swimming pool and bad exposure to the direct sunshine. Room is spacious with large bathroom and all amenities. "Apartment was great size with everything you need the beds are comfortable, the only issue I have is that the shop on site doesn't have hardly anything you need or choices and you can not go in you have to order everything online and it can take a while for example when I ordered 2 bags of crisps 6 eggs and some croissants it was available in 2 days time, not good also nats and mosquitos are quite a problem, pools are great "

"The outside of the place is not very appealing really needs some work, the room wasn't too bad, decent size and decent bathroom but the carpet in the rooms and hallways was old, loose and dirty. It isn't very good when you don't want to touch the buttons in the elevator because you can see how grimy they are, it is the little things that often count. I don't see how or why a hotel doesn't see things that are run down or just plain dirty. But overall it is near the lake and at least in October...
