"A very clean and well appointed apartment with a comfortable bed and seating. 20 minutes from Carrickfergus and well serviced by good roads - easy to find. Farm walks and interesting things to see on and around the farm. The farm shop could not have been more convenient - it was right underneath us. Patricia has made this a lovely place to stay. "This is an amazing little holiday flat above a cafe. The gact that the building has a lift was a great surprise. It is also directly opposite a gorgeous play park and the harbour, as well as only being 10 minutes from the beach. The only downside iscthat local parking restrictions require you to park a 2 minute walk away unless you only park overnight. We did have some maintenance issues during our stay, but the owner was amazing to deal with, and prompt with her replies. "

"Absolutely would recommend, every amenity was thought of, present well and rules easy to understand. Customer service was excellent and prompt, kept me well informed even before i arrived. Security was great and car parking included was a bonus. Property was well situated for all sight seeing and tours in centre of belfast. Would have liked 2 keys as felt we were doing everything together as only one key."

"Property was v nice and clean. A couple of things to note...Difficulty in getting keys to flat was v stressful and at one point i didnt think i was going to get the keys. This could have been better organised. The shower in the bathroom is far to hot and would be dangerous for children to use as this could cause scalding on a child. The shower attachment was also leaking from the wall when shower was in operation. Kitchen facilities and clothes washing/drying facilities excellent. Balcony with...
