"Infelizmente não tive uma boa estadia, a minha reserva não estava disponível e ao ligar pra o número que constava na minha reserva, o do proprietário, o mesmo informou a recepção que não estava alugando e iria tomar as providencias cabíveis. Em resumo, perdi a viagem e o feriado com a minha família. Fiquei muito decepcionado com o hoteis.com, pois deveria se certificar antes com o hotel, apartamento, pousada, investidor e etc, antes de mandar um e-mail confirmando para o cliente"

"We had a lovely time at the hotel. We stayed at the bungalows, which made our stay even more special. The staff was so friendly and easy to talk to, and the spa massage therapist Amanda was amazing.
