"O bangalô tem um otimo espaço. As camas sao confortaveis e ele e muito bem equipado. Os problemas que encontramos foi o bangalô sujo quando chegamos. Precisamos esperar a limpeza que atrasou para depois podermos entrar. A parede do quarto onde os meus filhos ficaram estava com uma grande infiltração. Tao grande que estava molhando a cama que estava encostada na parede. O ar-condicionado da sala não estava funcionando direito."

"Landscape is wonderful, all gardens, pools, rooms, extremely cleans. Beach towels everywhere , handy. Staff is something that we need to mention. People are more than nice . The only thing I'd say is in the pool some staff sometimes were a little distracted but whenever they see you need anything, they'd rush to deliver. "We had a lovely time at the hotel. We stayed at the bungalows, which made our stay even more special. The staff was so friendly and easy to talk to, and the spa massage therapist Amanda was amazing. The only thing I would have appreciated and thought was missing were instructions to the hot tub in the room. We only got to use it in our last day (we stayed 5 nights) because we did not know we could have warm water in it. I was disappointed and would have appreciated if there were clear instructions on how to operate it."

"Landscape is wonderful, all gardens, pools, rooms, extremely cleans. Beach towels everywhere , handy. Staff is something that we need to mention. People are more than nice . The only thing I'd say is in the pool some staff sometimes were a little distracted but whenever they see you need anything, they'd rush to deliver. The bar close to restaurant had amazing drinks, a professional lady who prepared the drinks . I was very impressed by the professionalism of all staff. One last thing, the Spa service also excellent . Very good professionals . Definitely a place to come back and recommend to family and friends. Thank you Nannai family for my amazing vacations"

"Funcionarios da recepcao e restaurante muito simpaticos. Contudo, infelizmente, meu marido deixou a carteira dentro de uma mochila e qdo fomos embora, faltava 40 reias ma carteira. Nao fizemos nenhuma reclamacao porque entendemos que itens de valor deveriam ficar guardados no cofre, contudo, jamais imaginavamos que iriam mexer dentro de uma mochila "

"Staff were very helpful and the reception manager was the best. She was so patient and friendly. Hotel was really good overall. Food was good and it was easy to find anything we needed right there. The staff from the wet bar were not very nice. They seemed like they were unhappy and not very motivated. They would never explain us what each drink was and would just tell us to look online. That happened in every wet bar! Staff from the restaurants were really nice specially the ladies who made Tapioca for breakfast. All very friendly and happy. We would go back in the future since we saw they are expanding the resort but the rooms need some updates but very good overall."
