"We had a rough start at this property, but the manager made it right. The AC didn't work in our room and they didn't tell us that on check-in, even though they knew and had placed a fan in the room. When I put in my Expedia check-in review that I was disappointed in how they handled the situation, the manager left us a nice note the next day and offered a partial refund and breakfast vouchers to make it right. I really appreciated this. Besides this interaction, everyone on the staff at this hotel is very friendly. The restaurant is nice and the views are gorgeous as you are up on a mountainside overlooking Denali NP. The rooms are nothing special, but roomy. The fact that the rooms have small refrigerators and (should have) AC is a bonus as many properties in this area have neither in each room. Overall, we had a great stay since the manager addressed our concerns in a very professional manner!"

"Haven’t visited for 20 years, but still a charming delight. Our restaurant on at Moose Lodge, spacious and quiet for three. Soaking in hot springs always a gentle, relaxing pleasure. Dinner, far too much food, especially the huge salad with dinner. Interesting use of geothermal energy to provide power for several buildings on the premises. Fun to see resident goats. Shall return."

"Great place near the airport. Shuttle to/from airport and to/from train station. Room was clean and spacious, bed comfortable. Third floor rear rooms have small terrace and river view. Very quiet and I felt safe traveling alone. Shuttle drivers were excellent, efficient and informative. Breakfast was excellent. (Just expensive in July)"

"Great spot, i enjoyed it, but checked in at 5pm and room wasnt ready. I came back at 6pm and room was not finished with a "unique" smell. Still, everything was great, until housekeeping came in at 8am without giving me a chance to answer."
