"Clean and friendly staff, breakfast was really nice"

"We had a fantastic 5-star stay at the Sheraton Zagreb. The location is excellent—just a short 10-minute walk to Ban Jelačić Square, making it easy to explore the heart of the city. The hotel offers great amenities; we especially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, gym, and spa area, all of which were well-maintained and relaxing. We also opted for the breakfast buffet, which was both convenient and offered a nice variety of options. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We liked it so much that we booked another night for the day before our departure back to the U.S. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The facility is a little old but the staff was great and it’s in a great location. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and the gated parking lot was a big benefit. "
