Friendly and convivial inn-like property right in the centre of Zagreb, in its own quiet courtyard at the foot of the Old Town and less than 5 minutes walk from the central Square and trams. Very helpful and friendly hotel staff. We always stay here on our annual visit to Zagreb.

The property was nicely situated in the shopping and historical part of town. The room was very comfortable and the staff helpful and pleasant. The only drawback was that the hotel parking area was several blocks from the hotel itself. Driving is Zagreb is stressful anyway so we turned in our rental car and got around by foot and taxi. Problem solved.

Great comfortable hotel in pedestrian area at heart of the city. Courtyard makes the rooms very quiet in a busy area. Secure parking a five minute walk away. Would have liked a better choice of teas and coffee in the room, but otherwise a great choice.

We were in Zagreb overnight. Hotel was in an excellent location to walk to major attractions within our very limited time The hotel is in a charming historic building. The rooms have modern amenities while the hallways maintain historic character. Although located in a busy part of the city, it sits on a passageway that separates it from street noise. Breakfast is served in a beautiful garden courtyard. The hotel has no elevator and would be difficult for someone with mobility issues to navigate. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Note that Uber drivers cannot pick up at the hotel entrance but at a corner a block or so away.

Hidden Gem in the middle of the town
Jagerhorn Hotel is just the perfect spot, has the BEST location in town between up town and down town, from shopping to dining to markets and bars, you have it all👍 very friendly and cordial staff. My only “concern” is the strong odor coming out the sinks.
