"Location is great, just a very short walk to the mall. Room is perfect for a short 1-2 day stay. Comes with 2 bedrooms that *can accommodate 4 adults each for a total of 8 adults. Came with all the necessary accessories including silverware, plates, cups, rice cooker, etc. All you would need to do is buy the ingredients for a great meal. "In the bathroom the sink would not drain and when taking a shower there was little to no hot water. On a good note the mall was in walking distance so the location was great. The dining chairs and table were a bit too high. The swimming area there was an extra charge, that should be included in the price for the unit. The staff was very helpful and friendly."

"The property is well secured, guards are on duty all the time making you feel safe, it is very close to Centrio Ayala Mall and is quieter than the one facing the Main Street! Owner was very accommodating and made sure that I have everything I need. They were also very flexible as to checkin and checkout time as I arrived quiet late and checked out a day earlier. Excellent location for a very low price!"
