"The apartment was relatively clean and tidy. We did not get our breakfast package we pre ordered, after a couple emails and phone calls, determined was an oversite, a bit disappointed. But we were reimbursed our money. So thanks for that. The clothes washer did not have clear instructions on how to operate, we had to research and google, still not clear. "The apartment was close to the airport and the city center. Overall, it's quite a nice and tidy apartment, but it definitely needs maintenance on some things. The heating boiler stopped working four times in two days. The owner helped us, but the apartment got cold quickly and it was cold inside. If you stay more than two nights, it can make your stay very unpleasant. Even some smaller things would need maintenance or replacement (batteries on the bathroom sink, hard-to-open door to the living...

"We had a brilliant stay at the Cheval! Beautiful building, the apartment was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. Lovely decor throughout. The bed was very comfy, we had a great nights sleep. Staff polite and helpful. Excellent location. Would high recommend! "

"Great stay for visit to the Playhouse. Walking distance from Waverly station, to St James Quarter and Playhouse. Best location for what we we had planned. Floor 0 takes you to Waverly station avoiding all the traffic lights and longer walk to station. Staff lovely, rooms beautiful. "

"Excellent value for location and amenities. About a 10 min walk from Waverley and key sites, nestled between Castle and university yet still quiet at night (I would enthusiastically recommend for families visiting the university). Room was large and had both a bath and a separate shower, as well as a fridge and kettle. Decor was fresh, good quality bedding. Pool and sauna are at larger sister hotel, but gaining access was straightforward. Reception and housekeeping staff at both hotels were absolutely lovely."
