"It was a very nice experience, even better than my first time. The guard who assisted me in the parking was very approachable and supportive. My lavatory clogged up as soon as I got settled. I called front desk to request assistance. In less than 5 minutes, maintenance came and worked on it. Fixed in no time. I guess I was lucky with parking for the duration of my stay. "The staff are friendly and helpful beyond the requirements .food is a little pricey for Philippines but good the only negative thing I could say is hot water did not work and no t.v In my room other wise excellent place to stay I would definitely suggest staying here "

"This hostel has a good location. It is located in the entertainment district in Malate, but I was not bothered by noise from these venues, nor did I in any way feel unsafe when walking in the area during the day or early evening. The hostel has a good Wifi service and I found the staff to be friendly. I am certain I will stay at this hostel again in the future."

"The rooftop night view was awesome. Overlooking the night lights of the Makati building is like New York's skyscrapers. The roof has 3 bars with a reasonable size but well catered for its purpose. "I love in fact the hotel! I like its style and localization! But this I was more than surprised that the beautiful roof top is not existing any more! My studio was in nothing improved to last year! No TV! No coffee downstairs! Sorry, this way you cannot run a hotel seriously!!! "

"Each time we are in Manila we always stay here in City Garden Makati because we feel like home, specially the food that they serve in breakfast, and not only that, that staff that works in the dining are so helpful and ver attentive to our needs, I would like to mention the people that help us to make our stay easy are Queeny, Fhebie, Tojean, CJ , Neil, Cruze, Keith, Chef Gerald and Chef Jojo for the delicious food they prepare each day. And also our door man, Benson and the rest, couldn’t memorize all the names but they are all friendly and helpful!! We feel safe here because know some of the staff already. We will definitely stay here again. This time we stayed here for the whole month of February And we also invited our friends to stay here with us and they also liked it here!! Good job City Garden hotel staff!!!👏👏👏 "
