"The studio has many facilities which I felt would benefit couples/families more. The check in process was rather complex. I was expecting a text message regarding the deposit but it came through in the app and I wasn’t notified through email like the initial message. This has caused some hiccups on the check in process. After checking out, the deposit was not returned until I chased for it."

Being from rural area it was difficult understanding security but destails were very good, just our lack of ability. "Communication was bad as we had to chase 3 times for a reply to our messages and didnt receive info on how to enter bldg. I was told we would receive in 10 mins when I rang but didnt receive so had to call again. All floors were stained and grubby so had to wear shoes at all times. Sofa was delaminating and old, cups were not all clean. Bed sheets were clean though but rest of apartment was tired and needs a deep clean. No parking a available as advertised, there is a NCP a couple of doors away...
