"Initially, I was a little disappointed, thinking the lift room was smaller than it had looked online. And it also only had one bed, which could make things a little awkward in my situation. But it was my fault, as I had mistakenly booked the king bed loft room, not a 2 bed. This place does not have an elevator, but a spiral staircase (not steep). I ended up living this place. "I never like complaining so I didn’t, but I was definitely disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The shower curtain had huge stains on it. Looked like blood or diarrhea. I bleached the tub before using it. Then when I got a “clean” towel, there were streaks all over it like it was dirty. Both of our double beds had sheets that were torn and one of the blankets has the stuffing falling out. "
