Big hotel. Very central. Good room and views. Staff excellent, especially Van Duc. Breakfast good. Coffe shop/bar hopeless, but Highlands next door. Food offer weak but so much around locally. Very busy when we there as National holiday

A spacious and comfortable room. The staff were friendly and helpful, good choices at breakfast along with eggs cooked to order. Also kindly assisted with our onward travel to Cat Ba, saving us some time and hassle. Don't miss the show and fun at Train Street nearby! Nice sandwiches around the corner at Banh Mi 25.

This hotel is in good location and only a couple of minutes from the walking street. Breakfast was good but ends at 930 am compared to 10:30 am at other hotels, and has limited options for people who don’t eat pork. We ordered food via room service and it wasn’t good, but there are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby.

The hotel is perfectly central placed to explore Hue. Very good breakfast buffé. Sadly I lost money on the transport to the hotel and couldn’t file a police report in Hue. Watch out for hired drivers.
