"You have to pay more than room rate for cleaning fee. This is cheating and rip-off. The property is run by Sun and Snow company which is unfriendly and stubborn only knowing to say ‘this is our policy’. The address on Expedia is totally different."

"This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in the world. The staff do everything to provide a warm welcome. The facilities are stunning and the food and ambiance amazing!
