"Why can’t 10 stars be an option? The staff of the Dakota deserve more than 5 stars. Upon check in they allowed us to use the front desk phone to call the airlines that canceled our return flights. They also arranged for us to eat dinner without a reservation and arranged for a complimentary appetizer with our meal. I am gluten free, and the waitress and host were beyond attentive towards my food sensitivities, it was very appreciated. The room was large, clean, and had the most amazing shower....
