"Enjoyed the stay quite a bit. Visited in mid-June. Liked that the room was near but not in Lucerne, which offered an attractive room rate compared to Inns on the lake / downtown. Very easy access to downtown via a (free/included) shuttle stop right outside the hotel. I was able to park my rental car on site for free. The rooms were very nice and clean, had good A/C, and a refrigerator. Didn't try the onsite restaurant but it appeared popular for both guests and locals. No real negatives. Would...

"I was a little concerned about staying outside the Luzern city centre, but the transit was SUPER easy. The hotel was clean and modern, very comfortable. We didn’t get to try the restaurant, but it looked quite good. Included breakfast hit all the marks. Pleasantly surprised by this unassuming little hotel!"

"Located in Horw but well connected with trains to downtown Lucerne. Check in was cumbersome as it was all ‘personless’. I did not see a hotel employee in the 3 days we stayed and that felt impersonal and vague. One must have a good data plan and lots of phone battery life at all times otherwise you cannot enter the building. There is no one you can call if you are stranded out.
