Our room faced the street and the I’d recommend resealing the doors. The heat and the noise were very noticeable. I’d also recommend changing out the filer on the air conditioner. It smelled each time we turned it on.

Definitely a 5-star for the staff. They were super nice, understanding, polite and friendly. The floor and restroom kinda smiled at first, then they managed to make it better. Overall, it was a good one.

On one night we had a fire alarm and had to leave our rooms for awhile until an inspection was done. It was also raining so there were limited areas to go to. We were on the city side and there was a lot of noise from the street. The trolley did not have the hotel as a stop. Room was clean, but could use some updating.
