This is a great location, across from a great beach area. Lots of shopping if you want. Convenient bus transportation nearby. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

I hesitate to write a review - because I hope it isn't sold out next time I want to go. Book here for the view. Be prepared for the sounds of Waikiki below you. Car stereos drive by loud enough to set off parked cars' alarms. Bring noise cancelling headphones if noise bothers you. Views are spectacular. Hotel is the last building across from the beach before the park takes over. Great walking to Monsarrat restaurants and to the Diamond Head Trail. Lulu's has nightly entertainers and bar scene. Japanese restaurant off Lobby is the most authentic you will find. Enjoy. We did.

The property is in the quieter part of Waikiki beach. Our view was the ocean, the zoo and diamond head. All the staff our friendly and helpful.

Rooms are small, and a bit dated. First room they put us in the patio door didn’t open close properly and room smelled a bit damp and musty. Due to door issue they moved us to a new room same size with a working door and better smell. Good air con but noisy. They said there was coffee in the lobby but the machine was broken. They did bring us a Keurig. Huge plus was they provide beach umbrellas and beach chairs as part of resort fee. Can also get SUP’s. Both on a first come first serve basis. Also can order drinks and food to the pool. We didn’t spend much time in room anyways so would stay again.

The location is amazing! And the customer service and friendliness of the staff is off the charts. Parking is a bit of an issue, but we just bit the bullet and paid to valet ($50 a day). Tons of restaurants and shopping in the area. Fireworks on the beach on Friday night. A lagoon on the beach right in front of the hotel for those who don’t like waves. Beach chairs and towels are provided. We’ll will be staying here again. Lots of bang for your buck.

Staff were excellent and ever accommodating. The guest rooms and floors are dated but clean. Storing luggage is convenient and easy. Location is fantastic. Really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas being rolled into the price aka resort fee. Easy access to transportation. Would recommend to friends and family.
