"We had to move rooms twice because the rooms were dirty. The first room the carpets/floor hadn't been cleaned, there was crumbs of food all over the floor and on the chair within the room. We informed the front desk, who were actually very good, and were told it would be cleaned by the time we were back from a walk. It hadn't been cleaned some 5 hours later so they move us. "staff is super friendly especially their concierge extremely helpfull, as usual China Wifi in Hotels is restricted making working almost impossible only point is the bathroom had a strange smell maybe from the sink drain quite unpleasant.
