Unbeatable location, only a short walk from Hong Kong and Central stations. Lots of dining options around as well as convenience stores like 7 Eleven (essential as the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast) the room was comfortable and modern and housekeeping were attentive. Would definitely stay again.

After check out, I forgot something in the room but it took less than few mins to retrieve… Also when I asked for the pick up taxi, the staff immediately used her app and it arrived at the front in one minute… thanks a lot Chloe. At this high price point you'd expect the coffer maker to work and the AC control range to be settable to conmfortable level. (was too cold so unit had to be switched on and off periodically). I left a not about the coffee make which was removed without action.
