The bed was comfortable. The shower was really good. We got breakfast delivered each morning and it was yum. The blackout curtain was awesome. We were also given a late check out for leaving as well. "It is definitely a 4 star hotel. The hotel has been kept very well maintained. It is clean and exudes as high class ambiance. The staf is very polite and want to keep you happy. It's proximity to the HongKong convention center is a plus making it a walking distance. Around the hotel are many avenues for transportation including the MTR. There are many food options around the area and it is easy to commute to the Kowloon Island through either the ferry or the subway."

The staff were exceptionally nice and professional—when I asked to extend my checkout, they kindly accommodated my request free of charge, which was much appreciated. "Excellent locations for shopping and dinning and easy access to all parts of Hong Kong. Even Airport bus to the airport within a few minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast room on the 1st floor has recently gone through a refresh renovation making it more pleasant to have breakfast before making it out for the day!"
