Vacation Rentals in Holualoa

Sea Village

2.5 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (68)
"This place is a real gem! Private deck overlooking the sea where whales are jumping, the waves crash into the pool and the landscaping is breathtaking. the pool is warm the closet hid a bed and there were tvs in the master bedroom and the living/dining room area. the dishwasher was dirty inside and some of the plates were not cleaned well but the views and quiet and ease of access to downtown and sight seeing was worth a few seconds of dish scrubbing. What a pleasure to stay in such a nice place...

"Property itself was very nice but the unit was older and was in need of some updates and repairs; cupboard doors did not close properly, stains and tears on sectional, ice maker broken on fridge etc… Also found nail clippings on the bathroom floor. Minor things, the pools and grounds were very nice though and we spent more time outside anyways."

Fairway Villas Waikoloa by OUTRIGGER

3.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (465)
"The villas property itself was good, nice walking distance to the shops and Marriott where we went for a luau. The pool was on the smaller side but kids loved it. We stayed in one of the older units so it was dated which didn't bother me. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable though. The utensils and items in the kitchen were very minimal. Only non-stick pans (which is fine, I can use them) but only a plastic flimsy spatula which was hard to use with the pans. My brother stayed in a...

Royal Kona Resort

3.5 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very Good, (2502)
"The hotel was under construction, which I was aware of when I booked, which gave us a fabulous discounted rate! The construction posed no issues at all; we heard their drills a few stops we stopped into our room during the day, but nothing to disturb us early morning or evening. The rooms were nice, slightly dated, but clean. The restaurant views are amazing!! We watched whales each morning at breakfast; dinner sunset was beautiful and the food was very good. Not a resort by any means if that...
