"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. "The property was beautifully decorated from as soon as you enter. The rooms are well kept, clean, comfortable and large and very nicely designed. The staff were so lovely and made our stay even more pleasant with adding little personal touches to our room for our celebration. Breakfast was also good and had lots of options. "
