"Very warm, friendly welcome (The snow machine at the entrance was a nice seasonal touch). All the staff were polite, attentive and helpful. The restaurant food was excellent. It all made our anniversary stay special. The building has been beautifully decorated and quality furnished in keeping with its history. The surrounding grounds were an enjoyable walk. "Travelled from Yorkshire en route to the New Forest, stayed one night. We had a comfortable nights stay, an amazing evening meal & a fantastic breakfast! We would love to return.
