Rooms were clean and spacious. It was a bit confusing where you are suppose to drive up to for the valet service with only a small signage noted in front of the entrance and no clear instructions provided in email regarding reservation.

Clean and decent facilities. Good breakfast. Good concierge service. But would have preferres own parking. Area has limited parking that forces to use the concierge sevicea. Also area has noisy night clubs esoecially on Fridays with loud music

The shower cubicle needs a redesign. Water flows outside of the shower area, making it unsafe, as anyone can slip. We had to place a few floor mats to ensure water didn't flow outside. Guests should not be concerned about these, and the staff couldn't do anything but apologise. Sometimes, designers forget the most basic things while trying to make bathrooms look modern.

The staff are very good and the room was nice. In a good location short walk to harbour and markets. There are no movie options on the tv and the chrome cast doesn’t work which was disappointing. Lifts are very slow

This hotel was so clean and modern. I loved the electric blinds. The valet parking wasn’t fun but it was nice that it was available to us. It’s walking distance from all the action in Hobart but also nice quiet. Perfect location when visiting Hobart.

Overall, good value for the price. Staff are excellent. Communications from a distance (Canada) were a major issue as they don’t have an email address or even acknowledge Expedia messages let alone respond to them. Having only a phone # for contact is very far out of step with the times!
