"Just returned from my 3rd stay at the Bard's Inn and it will not be the last. I absolutely love everything about this hotel. The location is prime. Very close to downtown shops and restaurants 1-3 minutes. 5 minute walk to Lithia Park. Staff is very friendly. Extremely quiet. I saw other guests but I didn't hear a peep from them the entire time from within my room. I traveled with 2 children this time around and they loved the pool and breakfast options. I've also stayed here solo and with my husband. It offers something for all travelers. I feel extremely safe and secure. The rooms are clean and as photographed. Parking is plentiful and secure. Highly recommend. Looking forward to my next stay already!"

"Really enjoyed this hotel. The grounds and hotel are well kept. While it is a bit of a drive to downtown Ashland, the area felt really safe and was easy to drive to the more populated area. We had our dog with us and this hotel was very dog friendly and accommodating for our pet. My only regret was that we got in late and had to the leave the next morning. Would definitely stay again. "

"Simple old fashioned elegance without being pompous. The Victorian themed nature collections of leaves, shells, butterflies, etc. that decorated the lobby, elevator, and halls were fascinating and added to the ambience of a step back in time. Dinner cuisine at the Larks Kitchen was beautifully prepared and served."
