"Place was under construction but still met all our needs. Clean. Friendly staff. Spacious room. 2nd time here and can’t wait for the renovations to be completed for my next visit. Walking distance to everything. Beach is directly across the street, private beach area which is what we order. The public beach is a very short distance away. Bike rentals right on the property is a big plus. "

"The staff was exceptional. Everyone acknowledged when you passed by. Our room was a surprise for being roomy. We had 6 adults and we were not stepping over each other. I was pleasantly surprise. The coffee was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The only “iffy” was the breakfast. It was ok. Premade sandwiches were just ok. My adult kids who are experienced at making waffles in hotels said they were not good. "

"We went down for a week stay in Hilton Head. The property was great and within walking distance to the beach plus the multiple pools on site was a great addition for our kids. Only downfall to the whole trip was that if you are on the bottom floor, you can hear every step of those above you and especially any children that run wild upstairs. Trip went great and we expect to visit again!"

"Quieter part of the island and the hotel is kept up nicely. Great pool and beach access. Lovely bar atmosphere at the pool and comfortable beds and rooms. "

"I don't think I've ever stayed in a place as clean as this one! Absolutely spotless! We even witnessed a lady cleaning the outside of the doors!! The staff was very helpful and pleasant and even gave us a $25 gift card to the Italian restaurant (located in the same parking lot). It's within 5-10 minutes of the beaches and right across the street from Walmart, though you'd never know it because Hilton Head leaves the trees alone, hiding most of the buildings and parking lots. The price is cheaper than most hotels, and although several other rental properties are right in the beach or within walking distance, I'd still choose to stay here simply because of how clean the rooms are. The staff seems to really appreciate their jobs and take pride in their work. "
