"There was an issue with our stay but the manager Rebekka went over and above to make it right. The rooms and property is loaded with extras including a stocked laundry room, Polaroid camera with film, high quality tea, just to name a few. "It was really an amazing experience to us. The first room I booked was meant for 4 pax with sauna, the layout of the room is not great and with the sofa bed set up, the living room hanging light seems to be out of the way and we kept knocking into it. "An overall fantastic stay. 2 drawbacks. 1. I was sent instructions by the hotel while l was on the airplane. Then l didn't know anything was sent. They should send entry instructions right after you confirm your identity. I confirmed my identity the day before. 2. I had no idea that this was a no contact, self service hotel. I didn't see it on the booking form. If this is stated on the link they provided, the information was in Finnish. Maybe there are ways to know if it is contactless...

"Excellent place. It was spacious. It was clean. it was safe. There was a small issue about getting only one towel and one pillow for 2 people... And they couldn't help me get any more after I contacted them. that was a bit disappointing but we made it work somehow. I also contacted them 2 other times about luggage storage and sauna hours and they answered me right away on the chat...So communication was excellent and informative "

"There were no free parking spaces when we arrived. I booked this property mainly because it included parking. Apartment on topp floor with no elevator is not convenient for travellers with heavy cases. Early morning noise from trains kept waking us up."

"First of all we did not really stay at this place but got redirected to another property because the rooms we booked were under renovation. This hostel is located quite far from the city center and we were redirected to one quite close to the center - why did they not inform us of this beforehand? What's more, transport was not provided and we had to make our way to the other hostel ourselves. From what we did see of cheapsleeps, it was noisy and full of men. Definitely avoid if you're a female...

"I found the online “boarding pass” directions confusing. Great location, can walk to train station in a few minutes, and to shopping area and cathedral. The shower is a bit messy (you have to squeegee the floor after use) but works fine, Groceries just down the street. Couple of holes in the walls and in the couch make it feel slightly in need of some attention."

"After 3 weeks all over Europe for our honeymoon, Marski was the ONLY hotel to acknowledge our honeymoon and went out of their way to make it special. They put rose petals on the bed, made sweet towel swans, and left a hand-written note along with a snack. Excellent boutique hotel with all the amenities

"The Hobo Helsinki was an amazing boutique hotel. It had beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable rooms with a lovely en suite bathroom, incredible staff, terrific environmental sustainability efforts in house, a truly expansive and delicious breakfast buffet, strong in hotel security access that was also easy to deal with, and the best location - right downtown, simply a five minute walk from the central train station and near to buses, light rail, and metro. I simply cannot recommend it enough. "

" I stayed at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in Helsinki and had a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is convenient for exploring the city, and it's relatively quiet and safe. My room was clean and comfortable, with decent amenities. The bed was fine, and I slept well. The service staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. One advantage of this hotel is its proximity to various transportation options. You can easily walk to the tram, bus, or train stations. Overall, the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel is a solid choice for travelers. It's a reliable, no-frills option that gets the job done."

"We only stayed 2 nights at Comfort Hotel Helsinki Airport. We loved our stay, it was very convenient as it’s a short walk within the airport going to the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was delicious (though it’s on another hotel, it’s just on the other side and still within the airport). The reception staff were all pleasant. Would have been nice if there’s more than 2 pillows, we could’ve requested more but it was not a big deal. Also very convenient going to the City Center as the train station is just at the Airport."
