"We arrived very late due to travel complications, and the staff at the hotel was extremely accommodating and allowed us to do a late check-out. They changed the whole cleaning pattern to allow us to stay a little bit longer than the normal check out time, and this allowed us to get some sleep and enjoy the fantastic shower in the room, as well as walk a little around the hotel, which is in a fantastic location. It is a great place to stay!"

"Such a quaint hotel with amazing views! It is a castle (so not new) but has beautiful details… The staff were so great (Florence and Skiender the night manager were wonderful!) We loved the thermal pools as an added bonus"

"What a unique and interesting property with an amazing Staff. One Person in particular, I believe her name was Leonia, went over and above to help us in any way possible . She was extremely caring and even made us food baskets for our early morning flight as we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. We stayed in the tower and had amazing mountains and lake view. The only thing I would perhaps change was to have an actual buffet where the guest were to chose what they wanted to eat. Still,...

"This property was an easy walking distance from the train station as well as restaurants and sights. Easy self check in and checkout. Great to have a kitchen with all essential cooking tools. Helped make our stay easy and enjoyable."

"This is a small hotel at the top edge of Bad Ragaz. It's quite charming in its way and we had a good week here - skiing. I would be happy to stay again. We only saw two staff/owners here - both were very welcoming and helpful - anything we asked they were only too happy to help. We asked for a few relatively simple things - an early breakfast on the last day to leave for a flight - this was no problem, and if we could borrow a Swiss power adaptor - again no problem. "Lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The area around the hotel is lovely with easy access to the train station and hiking trails. Breakfast is very good. The only small downside is the lack of an onsite restaurant in the evening, although there is plenty in the area."

"The lobby smelled strongly of smoke due to the smoking room nearby, and that's never a good sign. The rooms were fine and breakfast was average. No AC, but there were fans which we used. Would choose a different hotel next time."

"No parking to unload luggage. No elevator. Had to carry up our suitcases three floors, a total of 53 steps. Bathroom with shower is 3ft x 6 ft including shower. Windows had no darkening possibility. Street lights shone in the whole night. No person in the hotel as staff. All automated in a machine. Too cold; called their emergency number for additional blanket. Nothing available. Just deal with it. "
