"The location is very convenient, and we appreciate having covered parking available, with lift directly to room floors. We also appreciate the pet-friendliness. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with a convenient mini-kitchen. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of fresh choices. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant for dinner, but the nearby shopping mall had several choices for dining, even on a Sunday night. We...

"Very nice room. It was spacious with plenty of room to unpack and not feel cramped. It was a suite (Room 225) with a sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. It was perfect for our stay of a couple days. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel had everything that we could have wanted. We arrived rather early and we were lucky enough to be able to check in right away. This was amazing after a long day of travel to get to Bilboa. Friendly staff, spacious room and great service....

"We stayed 6 nights while touring San Sebastián and did some day trips to Bilbao, Biarritz and Bayonne. We enjoyed the 35 minute walk into the old town passing by the seaside. The hotel was the perfect place for us after a long day of exploring San Sebastián. Facilities were exactly what we needed. We will be back. "

"This is a lovely boutique hotel. Friendly helpful staff and readily accessible to both, the old city and the newer city. Best of all, it was a 5 minute walk across a bridge from the our arrival train station. Note: for those with sensitive skin like me, I put a t-shirt over my pillow to stop the reaction from the scented detergent/dryer chemicals."
