Shower floor very slick, and self-entry security pad not letting guests into building, waited 4 hrs for IT assistance. Never fixed front entry security door during my stay. "We really enjoyed our stay here at the castle. The amenities were wonderful, the room was very comfortable, and all the facilities at this location were wonderful. We also enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee at the basement café. We did want to mention to the maintenance crew that the armoire in our room, where the robes were stored, had a very strong smell of spray paint.
